"How does online consultation work?"
KREEDAK has Nutritionist, Physiotherapy and Psychologist consultation available on App. You would need to book prior appointment with the consultant in the available slots.
"Is it safe to share my pictures and health related information on KREEDAK?",

"How much weight can I lose \ how much muscle mass can I gain during the program?",
“Your individual transformation depends on several factors – your genetics, lifestyle, dietary habits and many others. The most important factor, however, is your commitment to the process.
"Do you provide a monthly instalment option?",
“Currently we don’t offer instalment options. You need to make onetime payment for all the plans.
"Is it mandatory to have a gym membership or I can lose weight even without exercising?",
“A gym membership is not mandatory for following KRREDAK programs. Many of our clients have transformed with home workouts and a quantified diet. But we do encourage you to exercise regularly as it offers several benefits and will definitely help you with your fitness goals.”
"After completing my program, will l gain back the weight?",
“Fitness is a journey; not a destination. Once you subscribe for any plan the videos will remain with you throughout. We suggest you to be consistent with the routine even after achieving your goal for maintenance purpose.
